Aste Bolaffi's third comics auction is organized for Thursday, February 23rd at 3 pm in internet live mode (astebolaffi.it/en). The catalogue includes 243 lots, among which a complete collection of Piccolo Ranger, including issue 32, a real gem for collectors (lot 156, starting price 300 euros), stands out, and an impressive complete Topolino collection, from the beginning of the Topolino publication up to issue 2,000, including the first issue from April 1949 (lot 66, starting price 300 euros) and like-new issues accompanied by the gadgets attached at the time, such as issue 500 complete with butterfly (lot 104, starting price 50 euros), and issue 578 with the letter that announced the death of Walt Disney (lot 110, starting price 50 euros).
The catalogue is enriched by numerous entertaining and intriguing lots, including the rare scacciaguai amulet attached to the Corriere della paura 1974 issue (lot 37, starting price 100 euros), a postcard signed by Charles Schulz with felt pen drawing of Snoopy (lot 220, starting price 250 euros), and the drawing "Il sorpasso" by Guido Crepax signed and dated 1992 (lot 225, starting price 800 euros). Finally, the complete Diabolik collection including the first issue “Il re del terrore”, second Sodip 1964 reprint with joke (lot 178, starting price 100 euros) is another interesting inclusion.
