OROLOGIO A PENDOLO
Francia, Napoleone III, seconda metà del XIX
secolo
Cassa in bronzo dorato, cimato da un trofeo
sormontato da due colombe, con placche in
ceramiche con putto e ghirlande di fiori su fondo
turchese. Quadrante in smalto bianco, numerazione
romana per le ore e araba per per la minuteria,
lancette in stile Luigi XVI traforate. Movimento con
scappamento ad ancora, sospensione a lamella
e suoneria a ore e mezze su campanello con
suddivisione su cremagliera.

Gilt bronze case, with a trophy surmounted by two
doves on top, ceramic plates with putto and flowers
garlands on a turquoise ground. White enamel dial,
Roman hour numerals and Arabic minute markers,
pierced Louis XVI style hands. Movement with
anchor escapement, spring suspension, hour and
half hour striking on bell through rack lever system.
