BULGARI'S PINK DIAMOND RING SOLD FOR € 2.260,000


The second most expensive jewel ever sold at auction in Italy. A historic result for the Jewellery Department

Aste Bolaffi achieved an extraordinary result at its Jewellery Auction held on October 7–8 in Turin, where the Trombino ring by Bulgari, set with a rare 3.18-carat pink diamond, sold for €2.260,000 (including buyer’s premium). The piece now ranks as the second most valuable jewel ever sold at auction in Italy, as well as the top lot in Aste Bolaffi’s history.

The sale attracted international competition, with more than ten bidders from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, the Middle East and Hong Kong. The Bulgari ring ultimately far exceeded its estimate, confirming its exceptional rarity and desirability. The auction closed at €4,130,000, setting a record result for the Jewellery Department.

Among the other notable highlights were a 10.82-carat round brilliant-cut diamond ring (€69,000), a 7.02-carat emerald-cut diamond ring (€57,500), a 14.48-carat natural Colombian emerald ring (€25,000), a Massoni Roma gold clutch (€35,000), and a late 19th-century silver and Old Mine-cut diamond demi-parure (€27,500).
