GRUPPO DI QUATTRO STATUETTE
Thailandia, periodo Rattanakosin, XIX secolo
Tutte in bronzo dorato e laccato. Una raffigura il Buddha seduto in
posizione dyhanasana su plinto a tre gradini, ornato di gioielli e dotato
di monumentale ushnisha. La seconda mostra una divinità femminile
seduta su base quadrata. Le ultime sono due piccole figure di offerenti
stanti con loro base in legno.

A SET OF FOUR FIGURES
Thailand, Rattanakosin period, 19th Century
All in gilded and lacquered bronze. One portrays the Buddha seated in
the dyhanasana position on a plinth with three steps, decorated with
jewels and wearing a monumental ushnisha. The second is a female
divinity seated on a square base. The last two are small figures of
offerers standing on wooden bases.
