Con il termine “rosette” si intendono elementi decorativi in pasta di
vetro. Alcuni lotti possono riportare un peso identificativo degli stessi il
quale va inteso come lordo e quindi comprensivo del meccanismo, del
vetro e delle sue altre componenti.
Condition report dei lotti in asta vengono forniti su richiesta. Gli esperti
di Aste Bolaffi sono a disposizione per eventuali chiarimenti.
Il “cut bid” (offerta dimezzata rispetto alla richiesta del banditore) è ac-
cettato per importi superiori ai 5.000€. Facendo un’offerta in “cut bid”
il cliente si preclude la possibilità di rilanciare ulteriormente nel caso la
sua offerta venga superata.
Il lotto è chiuso al martello, in casi eccezionali e a discrezione del
banditore si potrà riaprire a patto che non sia già stato aperto il lotto
successivo.
Le offerte ricevute in pre-asta o attraverso le piattaforme internet
hanno la precedenza rispetto alle offerte di sala.
Verrà addebitata all’acquirente una commissione di acquisto a favore
di Aste Bolaffi oltre al prezzo di aggiudicazione. Per dettagli consultare
le condizioni di vendita al paragrafo 6.
Il simbolo  dopo il numero di lotto indica un regime di fatturazione
con IVA ordinaria che comporta commissioni d’asta diverse da quelle
normalmente in uso, per dettagli consultare le condizioni di vendita al
paragrafo 7.
