Cina, dinastia Qing, XVIII-XIX secolo legno intagliato con un motivo ornamentale semplice.
Agata di tonalità fumo con inclusioni bianche a nuvola. Base a due piani 15,2 x 13,5 x 7,6 cm (base inclusa)
in legno intagliato.

IN QUARZO ROSA
Cina, XX secolo
Quarzo con imperfezioni, ma di tonalità intensa. D’ispirazione arcaica,
sul ventre sono intagliate a bassorilievo delle maschere del tipo taotie
con grandi occhi e muso largo. Coperchio con pomello a gemma, due
impugnature a “S”. Base in legno intagliato.

China, 20th Century
Quartz with some imperfections, but intensely coloured. Archaistic
shape and decoration with masks of the taotie type with large eyes
and snout carved in bas-relief on the body of the vessel. Lid with jewel-
shaped knob and two S-shaped handles. Carved wooden base.
