Casse a tre e quattro corpi in oro, una ribaltina e una visiva con cuvette in metallo dorato, entrambe riccamente decorate con incisioni a motivi
ornamentali.
Quadranti in metallo dorato e decorati con incisioni, numeri romani per le ore.
Una meccanica anonima a fusée, carica a conoide, scappamento ad ancora, ponte inciso e l’altra firmata “Stauffer C.de Fonde”, carica a bariletto,
scappamento a cilindro, bilanciere anulare.
Note: numerazione sbiadita, lancette mancanti, tracce di ruggine.

Richly decorated three and four body gold cases with ornamental motifs, one swing-out watch and one with gilt dome.
Gilded and engraved dials, both with Roman hour numerals.
One anonymous fusee movement, dustcover band, lever escapement, engraved bridge and the other movement signed “Stauffer C.de Fonde”,
going barrel, cylinder escapement, annular balance.
Note: faded numerals, missing hands, traces of rust.

OROLOGIO DA TASCA INGLESE CON SMALTO PER IL MERCATO
CINESE, PERIODO 1860
Cassa in argento, lunetta ornata da perline, sul retro incisioni e smalto
blu traslucido su fondo guilloché con al centro raffigurazione policroma
di un ritratto femminile, lunetta cesellata con cerniera e vetro
a protezione del movimento. Collarino lavorato e pendente a ferro
di cavallo.
Quadrante in smalto bianco, numerazione romana per le ore
e araba per i quarti. Lancette a pera brunite, secondi centrali.
Meccanica anonima e decorata con incisioni, carica a bariletto,
scappamento a cilindro, bilanciere anulare e spirale piana.
Diametro Ø: 34 mm
Note: perline mancanti, smalto con lievi difetti, mancante la croce
di malta.

ENGLISH ENAMELED POCKET WATCH FOR CHINESE MARKET, 1860
Silver case, bezel sets with pearls, back engraved, blue translucent
guilloché enamel with polychrome enamel depicting a female
portrait, chased inner and hinged bezel with a glass to cover
the movement. Worked pendant and “horseshoe” style pendant.
White enamel dial, Roman hour numerals and Arabic quarter
markers. Blued “pear” hands, center seconds.
Anonymous movement and decorated with engravings, going barrel,
cylinder escapement, annular balance and flat hairspring.
